Every Body Part Is In The Palm Of Your Hand – Press The Points For Wherever                          You Have Pain

sfdsfddsf908890ds908f

Western medicine has made many wonderful advances to deal with disease.  However chronic pain or discomfort in varying parts of our body have not been satisfactorily addressed.  Alternative medicine can often be lightyears ahead of western medicine when it comes to relieving pain.  Although a combination of both Western and alternative medicine, is probably the most sensible route overall, it is worth looking at the benefits of an alternative form of pain resolution, such as reflexology.
The principles of reflexology have led to the idea of finding the pressure points within the palm of your hand that are connected to the part of the body causing you pain.  By pressing the thumb point into the corresponding part of the hand for 5 seconds, releasing for 3 seconds, pressing again and repeating this cycle for several minutes, several times a day you will get results.  This methodology as well as others are demonstrated in this video.
In the video you are about to watch, Dr. Oz’s guest is a reflexologist who explains that both the hands and feet can be seen as a microcosm of our entire body.  Five audience members come to the stage to explain what part of their body is causing them chronic discomfort or pain.  For each malady, the reflexologist explains which part of the palm is connected to the body part involved.  She then demonstrates how using one hand, different forms of pressing or massaging of a particular part of the palm of the other hand will, over time, alleviate the pain experienced.
The audience members in this video suffered from: (1) Constipation and bloating (2) Insomnia and exhaustion (3) Sinus congestion (4) Upper back pain (5) Low libido.  The reflexologist showed them how to work on their own palms to alleviate their pain or problem.  She explained what sensations they would experience as they applied pressure and massage, that would signal that they were working in the correct area.  Her explanations were fascinating and easy to follow.  After watching this I will try a few of the methods demonstrated for things that I need relief from.  Let us know what you think about reflexology after watching the video.  Have you ever tried it and had success?  Will you give it a try?

--digestive problems such as bloating and constipation using the Million Dollar Golf Ball Technique
--low energy, exhaustion, and insomnia
--congestion from colds, flu, allergies
--back pain
--low libido or sex drive

Deborah Flanagan, reflexologist and founder of Center for True Health, shows Dr. Oz powerful, easy self-help Reflexology techniques you can do to decrease stress and help your body balance itself.

Reflexology is based on the idea that a map of the body is reflected on the hands and feet, and by applying alternating pressure to specific points on the hands and feet you can affect various organs and parts of the body.

Reflexology reduces stress (a major contributing factor to disease), enhances the body's ability to heal itself, and balances both body and soul. Research shows that a single reflexology session can create relaxation, reduce anxiety, diminish pain, improve circulation and blood flow, and decrease high blood pressure.

GEO- POLITICS ::A Path to the Sea: China’s Pakistan Plan

A Path to the Sea: China’s Pakistan Plan

When Chinese President Xi Jinping went to Pakistan on an official visit in April 2015, he brought with him a $46 billion gift that potentially could have very significant benefits for that country, as well as have a major impact on the region. And although there remain a number of unknowns on how this massive Chinese investment package will be implemented over the next 15 years or so, it is certain that it will pull Pakistan even deeper into Beijing’s geostrategic orbit. Even though China and Pakistan have had a long and fruitful relationship for well over 50 years, if all the projects associated with this deal are ultimately implemented, it will be a game-changer for the region—equal to all the foreign direct investment inflows into Pakistan since 1970 combined and dwarfing the $7.5 billion US aid package passed by Congress in 2009.
This $46 billion deal, known as the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), is essentially a package of major projects that fall into two domains: transportation and energy.

On the transport side, there are about $12 billion in plans to build, among other things, a rail link connecting Gwadar, a Chinese-built deep-sea commercial port on Pakistan’s southern coast, to the western Chinese city of Kashgar, some 2,000 miles to the north. Other projects include widening the treacherous Karakoram highway, itself previously built with Chinese help; upgrading Gwadar airport; building a 125-mile tunnel linking the two countries; and upgrading a number of existing highways, including the critical Karachi-Lahore section.
A number of energy projects, about $34 billion in total, are also on the drawing board, including pipelines to transport oil and gas to Kashgar; the completion of the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline; and a number of coal, wind, solar, and hydro energy plants that would add some 10,000 megawatts to energy-starved Pakistan by 2018.

But the jewel in the crown for

China is the development of

Gwadar, which would give

Beijing a firm and reliable long-

term beachhead in the Indian

Ocean and close to the Persian

 Gulf, effectively making it a

two-ocean power.
The CPEC deal grants the Chinese 40-year operation rights to the port. This is hugely significant for Beijing because it will allow China to ship some of its oil coming from the Persian Gulf to that port and pump it through the pipelines to western China. Accordingly, with a transport route some 6,000 miles shorter, China will be able to save billions in transport costs and saved time. Indeed, Pakistan in general and Gwadar in particular will be playing a critical role in China’s joint plans for a Silk Road Economic Belt and a Maritime Silk Road linking China to Europe and beyond.
At the moment, Gwadar is being developed as a

commercial port and not as a facility for the Chinese

Navy—yet it could potentially be made into one in

the future. Such a development would without any

doubt exponentially increase Sino-Indian maritime

competition in the Indian Ocean, in keeping with

China’s first official defense white paper, published

in early 2015, which makes quite clear that the

“traditional mentality that land outweighs sea must

be abandoned, and great importance has to be

attached to managing the seas and oceans and

protecting maritime rights and interests.”
In a move that will strengthen the defense of Gwadar, Pakistan is negotiating with China the purchase of eight diesel-powered, conventionally armed attack submarines. This acquisition, which is reportedly part of the CPEC package, would be one of Pakistan’s biggest weapons purchases ever, at about $6 billion. Pakistan’s possession of such submarines, which are very quiet and lethal, would seriously complicate any Indian attempt in blockading Karachi or Gwadar. This sale would also further entrench China as Pakistan’s principal arms provider. In 2010 alone, Pakistan was the destination for 60 percent of China’s total arms sales.

China’s economic and military involvement in Pakistan began in the wake of the short 1962 Sino-Indian war, when Pakistan felt that the US had been too quick to sell arms to India without getting any concessions from the Indians on the Kashmir issue. That is when Pakistan started to look elsewhere for international support, notably to China. But the bilateral Pakistan-China relationship really took off during the 1965 Indo-Pakistan war when the US terminated all military aid to Pakistan (and India), while China openly sided with Pakistan and threatened military action against India. Although China’s support for Pakistan during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war was lukewarm at best, the relationship nevertheless continued to grow in the 1970s, especially in the wake of India’s 1974 underground nuclear test. In the 1980s, China’s relationship with Pakistan deepened with its significant financial support for the Pakistan-based, anti-Soviet Afghan fighters, the mujahedin. In the 1990s, the bilateral military relationship significantly deepened, especially in the field of nuclear weapons and missiles. Today, among other things, China and Pakistan jointly manufacture the JF-17 fighter jet, which will eventually become the Pakistan Air Force’s main combat aircraft.
This steadily developing bilateral relationship has been intensified by the effective end of major Western, and in particular American, military presence in Afghanistan at the end of 2014. Beijing has quickly seized this opportunity to bolster its long-term economic and strategic interests in Pakistan, making it more than ever the critical land bridge in the development of China’s Silk Road.

                                  Veterans Regroup

Ranged against them are corrupt politicians, compromised bureaucracy, paid off Media houses, and a judiciary
They fight an unending and an unequal battle
Of late something strange is happening, that is taking the political class by surpris

Being a soldier in India is one of the most challenging profiles in the world.

Motivated by the desire to serve the nation and preserve its freedom, individuals, in the prime of their youth, leave behind their families, land and respond to the higher calling. They signs up to die for a Nation, for the society.

Vicious enemies lurk at every strata of society. To protect a nation that is besotted on all sides by either sworn enemies or not-so-friendly states is always fraught with grave dangers.

The enemies of the state have seemingly unlimited resources, be it sustained financial backing, easy access to latest arms and military gear, ultra modern communication system or an equally committed human intelligence network offering ready support.

To fight these highly motivated enemies, the great democratic nation of India, represented by lawmakers, selected by the celebrated electoral system,  in return graciously offers, to start with admission forms, to sign up to be a soldier.

A soldier, who has to serve in the most inhospitable regions of the earth, to fight against unseen enemies, and show restrain against declared foe.

In this battle, the Indian military’s access to latest military gear is hampered by budgetary constraints. Such constraints that are implemented by lawmakers, for whom there are no restrictions on consumption of national resources.

They always find a way, a way to deny the army to retain the cutting edge. What budget is made available is squandered away through murky deals with arms dealers, signing up for arms and ammunitions that, when finally delivered after decades, is Gen-Last.

The struggle that Indian armed forces constantly undergo is highly surprising, since, India does not suffer from monetary constraints.

India is under siege from lawmakers who are corrupt to the core. The anvil of political power consumes India’s growth and financial and military might.

When a soldier loses his life, in the line of duty, the struggle for the surviving family members truly starts and escalates manifold.

The benefits, the awards, the recognition, tall promises - so promptly announced by chest thumping gullible politicians, barely materialize.
The hapless family members, old broken parents, naive spouses, innocent children are left to negotiate deep-rooted unending bureaucratic maze.

The emotionally and financially drained family is broken and shattered forever.

Today, the veterans are on the streets. Demanding justice, by way of implementation of One Rank One Person (OROP).

They fight an unending and an unequal battle. Ranged against them are corrupt politicians, compromised bureaucracy, paid off Media houses, and a judiciary.

The veterans fight injustice with constrained resources. They have been on a hunger strike, petitioning the government to show respect and intent. In return they have been baton charged brutally. They are consistently being intimidated and are subjected to relentless humiliation and dishonored by broadcasting of wrong propaganda by a plied and insensitive media.

However, of late something strange is happening, that is taking the political class by surprise.
Of late, the veterans have formalized and implemented a well thought of strategy to counter this behemoth foe.

Their highly successful missed calls campaign has ensured civilians are aware and they too actively join in this fight for justice.

Extensive use of social media is effectively opposing a fraudulent main stream media.

Relay rallies all over India is garnering huge support at the ground level than what is being reported by the media.

People all over Indian are finding an emotional connect with soldiers on hunger strike.

To say that the establishment is on the verge of giving in, would be a stretch, however, to say that the establishment is shaken would be an understatement.

This is an interesting fight, as some people with sporting blood in them view it.

A fight that is equally poised.

The veterans are the committed side. The lawmakers, the media are the seemingly powerful squad in this unequal battle.

However, this powerful faction has a history of being attuned to electoral victories and open to negotiations to be back in power. They relent in the face of sustained adversary or are dumped unceremoniously into bins of historical and electoral inconsequence

 SOLDIER's TRUST BETRAYED

Well commented upon. Perhaps what the article has omitted to mention , by design or default, is that the armed Forces both serving and retired , who have always unquestioningly obeyed the diktat of the Govt , in the fond hope thatbThe Govt will take care of us should something adverse happen to us , or look after us and our families after we retire . It is with this hope and belief that the soldier pledges to defend the Motherland. Alas he has now woken up to the sad and terrible fact , that leave alone look after him, the Govt, the wily untrustworthy netas, the devious self serving babus andthe measly minded munims have all conspired over the last 60 odd years to deprive him of his rights and financial dues. Today therefore we are alive to the fact that it is not just the potential enemy facing us across our borders. These are easily identifiable and with our superior training and motivation, can be eliminated and tackled. However what is worse is the enemy within.. The neta, babu, munim who is supposed to look after us , who had been stabbing us in the back. Promises made have been broken. Our trust had been betrayed.. Our dignity and IZZAT has been degraded . This fight now is for the restoration if our list pride and IZZAT and our rightful legitimate dues. If the ruling classes do not understand this simple fact, then they are doing themselves and the Nation a huge disservice. In fact they are guilty of Treason .. As National Security is threatened.
