Some   Addl   Inputs w r t 7 CPC.

In view of the OROP demands, it was earlier decided to postpone the CPC recommendations till OROP is sorted out. However now with the considerable demands and representations coming in from other govt services, PM has ruled that the 7^th CPC be preponed and released to public earlier.

Some of the recommendations that we may see coming from the CPC are:-

·         25 to 35% increase in salaries of all employees.

·         The pay structure being considered by the CPC for Pay Bands 3 & 4 are:-

o   PB 4:      current spectrum of 46100 to 53000 to be revised to 138000 to 160000

o   PB 3:      current spectrum of 21000 to 25000 to be revised to 63000 to 88000.
Performance linked increment from 5 to 6%

·         Separate scales for Secretaries and above.

·         VRS w e f 30 yrs service onwards
